1,Main structure characteristic

1The shaft is 45# steel with quench and temper treatment, this increase the intension and rigidity.

2, Main parts introduction:

Active feeding device has active feeding and measure function.

Punching curving device: it consists of presser and punching die. Presser supply motivity and moving guiding rail to let the die can punching the panel with force calmly. During working, the encoder measure the length and send pulse to the control PLC which will stop the main motor, then begin the punching action cycle, after finishing, then the main motor will work to feed the panel, this the next cycle is begin. The hydraulic station supplies the motivity for the presser. Before start working, should check the hydraulic oil and whether the station work well.

Hydraulic system: the hydraulic system supply pressure oil for the whole machine, this is easy to control.

    Control system: it controls all action of the machine to let them work in phase. And also has man-machine interface to let user set required parameters. Such as panel blocks, panel length. And amend the error.
